One of my favorite breakfasts this morning…Oeufs Brouilles aux Champignons! (Which is a hoity-toity way of saying, “scrambled eggs with sauteed mushrooms” 😉 Toss in some fresh garlic, minced shallots, a little smoky Grueyre, and a slice of beefsteak tomato…lovely stuff!
